A developer
with an
editorial eye.

I'm Clarence — a full-stack developer based in Nairobi. I build web and mobile products that feel considered, move fast, and don't apologise for having a point of view.

The manifesto

I've spent the last six years shipping websites, mobile apps, custom software and automations for founders, brands and teams — starting from a small workshop in Nairobi, ending up on phones, TVs and dashboards in dozens of countries.

Whether it's an app, a website, a full software system or an automation pipeline — I'm fit and ready to build it, from the first sketch through to the last line of production code.

I'm equally at home designing in WordPress, Figma, Wix or GoDaddy as I am hand-coding in React, TypeScript and Kotlin. Same craftsman — different chisels, whichever fits your budget and timeline.

I don't believe in the split between "designer" and "engineer". Every product I build is drafted in type first, then wired in code — let's talk.

Why
Me

01
Trendy, modern & SEO-ready

Every website, app or software I ship is built on the latest stack, follows current design trends, and comes SEO-optimised out of the box — fast load times, semantic markup, OpenGraph, sitemap, the works.

02
User-friendly by default

Clean flows, accessible components, thoughtful microcopy. If a user needs a manual, I've already failed. Every build is tested on real devices before it ships.

03
Client-centered approach

Open communication from kickoff to launch. Weekly demos, shared boards, and no black boxes — you always know what's shipping and when.

04
SLA-backed support

Every project ships with a written SLA. Bugs, small tweaks and performance dips are covered — no scrambling for a new dev when something goes sideways.

05
Vast cross-project experience

60+ shipped projects across streaming, fintech, e-commerce, brand and automation. The pattern-matching from that catalog goes into your build too.
